Waxing

Waxing is a quick method of hair removal for small or large areas. The hair is removed from the root, so the hair grows back with a tapered end. This method of hair removal lasts longer than shaving, although hairs need to be 0.5cm long prior to waxing. On average the treatment is required every 4 – 6 weeks. The wax is heated to the correct temperature, tested and applied to the skin so that is grips the hairs. The wax is then removed by hand by use of a fabric strip, leaving the skin soft and smooth.
